The controller of the data collected on this site is Infonity Blue Kft., registered at Erkel Ferenc u. 16/2, 2112 Veresegyház, Hungary, 13-09-169169.

Questions about your data go to info@infonity.eu.

The application form asks for your name, company, e-mail address, city, country and an optional message. We store them in our customer database and use them solely to answer the request you sent and to arrange the demo you asked for. We do not send you newsletters or marketing campaigns.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR: the processing is a step at your request, taken before a contract. Nothing on this site is mandatory — you can reach us another way.

With your consent, the site also records anonymous visitor statistics: which pages were viewed and which campaign brought the visitor here. No name, e-mail address or other identifying detail is ever sent to that service, and IP addresses are anonymised. Without consent, nothing is measured.

Submissions are kept for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted from the customer database. Statistics are held for 36 months. If you ask us to erase your details earlier, we do it within 5 working days.

Your details are processed with HubSpot, our customer database provider, which hosts the records outside the EU in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses. Visitor statistics are processed by Google, also in the United States. This site is hosted on Akamai Cloud in the EU.

We never sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

The site keeps two small records in your browser itself, and only loads measurement cookies after you accept:

• your cookie choice, stored for 180 days, so the banner does not ask again on every visit;
• the campaign that brought you here, kept for the length of your visit;
• measurement cookies from the analytics service, only after you accept.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the button below — it has the same effect as the "Cookie settings" control in the footer of the main page.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, have it corrected, have it erased, or ask us to stop processing it. You can also take your data with you in a machine-readable format, and object to any processing based on our legitimate interest.

Write to info@infonity.eu and we will answer within one month. If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or to the supervisory authority of the country where you live.

No decision about you is made by a machine here. Your request reaches a person, and a person answers it. Your data is not used for profiling.
